GBLocation was excellent with Aldi nearby and even eateries if wanted plus it was minutes away from family we were visiting and quick access to A38 for our return home.
Sadly, the front bedroom's bed was not a standard double so a little cramped to sleep in for 2nd couple. The overhead electric shower was only tepid so used the shower attachment to the bath taps which was very good. However, because the shower screen does not have a rubber seal water spills over onto the floor which was annoying. Also noticed that the oven shelves and grill were not very clean but greasy so didn't use at all for dinner on our last evening. Thankfully the microwave and gas stove met our needs anyway. Didn't like having to pay a deposit in the event of damage to the property as price for renting already high and had to ask for it to be cancelled when should be automatic once housekeeping have done their checks that everything is as it should be. Put me on edge that I took photos on arrival and as we left in case needed evidence, something I cannot remember doing in a very long time.

GBthis house was perfect for our family of 3 for 2 nights. Clean and kitchen had all that we needed. Beds were comfortable and rooms a decent size. Property management were helpful too.
