The hottest day if the year on record

Everything about The Old Bakery is lovely. Great location close to a number of nice bars and places to eat, and only a few minutes walk to the city centre. It’s in a nice residential area with good parking available directly outside the property. The decor is beautiful. Everything has been thought of with lots of nice touches such as bottled water, ice, fresh milk, and plenty of tea & coffee available on arrival. There’s a Coop within a minutes walk also if you need anything last minute. The bed and sofa are lovely and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the property is spotlessly clean throughout.

Communication with Tom and Patsy was straightforward. Easy check in - code to open key box. Property is exactly the same as the photos. Some nice touches which made it feel very homely. Wifi was fast and stable. I liked the neighbourhood which is just outside of the city centre. It was easy to walk there. Some nice pubs and coffee places can be found nearby.

Lovely, comfortable and well equipped property

I hadn’t realised that it was so close to the Co-op supermarket loading bay… the trucks started arriving and unloading at 6.30 😞
