Spacious 5 bed in the countryside, close to Frinton-On-Sea

Peaceful location, surrounded by open countryside and a great base from which to access the local towns and beaches. The property itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a short break including multiple fans!

Absolutely beautiful house with so much space! Spotlessly clean and amazing back garden, all in a great location. We had a wonderful time here. Host really responsive and accommodating. Can’t thank them enough

This is a very minor issue but there aren’t many large mirrors!! There isn’t many places to do your hair/make up in the mornings whilst looking in a decent mirror! Otherwise the house is outstanding!

The noisy plumbing

Lovely spacious house at the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. Massive garden, plenty of room for the kids to run about in. The house was well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed and good to have a utility room for shoes and beach towels! Tesco nearby, about 5-10 minute drive to the beach.

Very clean, everything needed was there and spacious. Lovely quiet neighbourhood in lovely little village.

Not much. If I nit-picked, I’d say it’s homely feel might be a little improved, but it’s not a home, it’s a perfect holiday home. Perhaps it could have a twin room rather than all 5 being double. Water pump is fairly loud. Other than that- it’s fantastic.

The property was spacious with a large garden. The front room could easily fit all 10 of us. Plenty of parking for us too.
