The area. The quietness. Quality of bedding and cleanliness. Excellent parking.

The large settee has seen better days and was not very comfortable. It took a while to sort out the tv controls but the younger ones in the family did in the end.

Location superb,beds and linen first rate, outside space lovely and well maintained.

Bath/shower very used.. A modern shower would be an improvement. Handle in the bath for older clients. Very compact but good use of space. Really only suitable for 3 adults because of seating.
