Spacious and amazing 4 bedroom detached house

The house was perfectly sized for a group get together from across the UK. The location is an incredibly quiet residential area which is around a £20 uber into town for 6 of us. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped and there was sufficient seating and private sleeping for us all. There is private off road parking on the corner plot. Check in was simple.

A great stay but - The pump noise for the hot water came as a surprise! It is very loud throughout the house. Not ideal when some of your group are still sleeping. The garden space is lovely, but the garden furniture is partly damaged which prevents use for more than 3 people. The debris along the rear side of the house is unsightly but did not prevent use of the garden. There was tea and coffee, but we needed supplies as 3 tea bags would not quite have made the rounds!

I think the showers need some work there isn’t great pressure and for the amount of people using the bathrooms it was awkward.

Excellent stay with a very responsive host. We were allowed late checkout on our stay and they provided everything we needed. Definitely recommend and will be back

Spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Cold water and the fire alarm kept randomly going off whilst we slept.

Location was in a lovely suburb, just a 15 minute taxi into the centre. spacious with a nice kitchen and diner. Also accommodated an early check in which was appreciated.

Looked a lot nicer in pictures and wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The linens and towels were old and not as nice as in the pictures.

Only issue was the shower in the en suite bathroom the shower head wouldn’t stay on the holder so we had to hold it up to shower
