Spacious and amazing 4 bedroom detached house

• when arrived at the house the outside bins were filled to the top. • all the bedsheets in the rooms were absolutely stinking and was very unhygienic - to the point where I had to contact the owner multiple times and was asked by him “what do you want me to do?” • the cleaners came with new bedsheets and said themselves that the bedsheets were disgusting and smelt really bad of sweat. • hot water was not working for two hours even though the booster was on. • the property owner told us that we need to give the booster 30minutes for the hot water to work but we were not told this before our arrival therefore missing our other commitments in Manchester. • the property owner turned up at the house unannounced and sat there and waited for us to leave. This made us feel extremely intimidated and unsafe. • the floors were dirty and looked like it had not been hoovered and was extremely unclean

Spacious, clean, lovely area, local amenities, 15/20 minutes to central Manchester by car

Boiler is incredibly loud when running hot water, something to be mindful of if you have members of the group sleeping.

Excellent for a weekend getaway with everything you need to feel cosy at home

The space

The inadequate place settings of crockery and cutlery and glasses for 7 people. Ray got a staff member to bring in some wine glasses ..Thankyou but we needed to buy cutlery and hand towels.
