House is nice and cozy, located at a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Easy access to town centre with car. Owner is responsive to queries and requests. Overall, satisfied with the stay

Kitchen household items are old and rusted. Anyway, owner responded will change it and fix the faulty door lock for all bathrooms.

Proximity and ease of getting in to Manchester, quiet area, well laid out house. Issue with back door key was resolved quickly.

Bit rough around the edges, wallpaper peeling, stains on carpets, not enough plates/cutlery - no wine glasses, light flickers in kitchen so couldn’t sit at table in the evening

All 4 rooms had double beds and towels provided. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils. Generally good accommodation for a group of friends. Quiet residential location which was really nice. Few minutes car journey to the Co-op live arena.

Carpets very stained. Hot water boiler plugged into a plug socket with the cord running under carpet across the landing into a cupboard. Whenever anyone used hot water the boiler made so much noise that everyone upstairs woke up! It was ridiculously loud!!! Not sure if its safe to be plugged in that manner either.

Location and spaciousness of it.

It was dirty. Things were broken. when contacting the property owners we received a rude tone and they were very unhelpful

Near to city. House is beautiful and clean. Quite and peaceful.

Excellent home worth every penny. Has everything you need. Ample parking. Staff were very helpful

Nice size rooms and sociable spaces

Cheap furnishings and things were broken like handles coming off, stains on carpets, cheap bedding and beds, not enough chairs around the table for eating for 8. Not enough sofa space for even 5 people.
