Spacious and amazing 4 bedroom detached house

Fab location with lots of space. Really liked the very flattering mirrors, comedy wonky stools and ease of getting in and out. We like drinking wine out of mugs and feeling good about our tiling skills.

It needs another sofa some wine glasses for anyone more couth than us and some sound proofing.

The owner/agent was amazing. Excellent communication and very very helpful. A large size 4 bed house.

Sadly the owner has been let down by their cleaner.

Excellent property, very spacious and warm. The property is located in a very fancy suburb. Good response from the host. Lots of free parking for at least 3 cars.

Location was fine for our needs - we were attending a concert at the AO arena. We got Ubers into Manchester. Parking on the drive - 2 cars. Room sizes were good.

The property was basic - and in need of a refresh. Lots of marks on the carpets - euwgh! Ensuite bathroom - only shower light working. Shower plug open. Very thin duvets on beds. Pillows very thin. No spare blankets. Wardrobes need attention, seals coming off. No towel in downstairs loo, toilet not level. No tea towel in kitchen, no clean dishcloth. Bar stools broken and wonky. 3 glasses, plastic plates? No kitchen utensils, mismash of pans, not crockery for whole party. Not enough chairs or big enough dining table for everyone. Lounge, not enough seating for everyone. Ditch the plastic plants and trinkets.

The house was a good size. It was quite cheap and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs loo and driveway parking. Setting is on a quiet housing estate.

Stayed at the start of December 2024. The duvet was very smelly, only one paper thin pillow each, kitchen utensils past their best, no oven glove, no tea towels, ancient bath towels, no smoke alarms, no access to fuse box when fuses blew, weird garden fake trellis on the living room wall hiding holes in the plaster, limited mug and glas selection, no lamps in bedrooms, no bulb in living room lamp - an odd size so you can't just switch out a bulb from another fitting, spotlight in main bathroom not working, cracked and wobbly tile in bathroom floor, dirty stars carpet which made the instruction not to go upstairs in your shoes laughable, I could go on. Should not be marketed as 'Amazing'. Sorry for the bad review, but you have emailed me a few times asking me to leave feedback.

A nice and beautiful place. I was particularly impressed with the availability of most of the things needed.

The master bedroom had a small heater which made the room abit colder. Also wine cups were very scarce.

On a nice housing estate, proximity to Metrolink into central Manchester. House was large and spacious. Host was helpful

House is is need of some TLC. Beds weren’t especially comfortable and bedding smelt a little damp. When hot water is topping up the boiler noise is very loud!

It was adequate,but it lacked information about the property ie where switches were for thermostat. House was cold and no hot water for morning of departure, walls and windows could have done with a good clean also paint work. Sofa very low to ground and very uncomfortable, lack of cooking facilities and crockery.
