"Horrific"

Unfortunately nothing.

We had to leave the property due to the state it was in. There was no smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm etc. There was mould, leaks, cracks, damp, dead bugs and dirt in every corner of the house with a foul smell of wet dog throughout. The light didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, and the window wouldn’t shut. All the cutlery and glasses were marked. Even the TV wouldn’t turn on. The floor was sticky and our socks went black. The teabags in the cupboard expired in 2024. We had to find somewhere else as an emergency. We tried to contact the owner, we spoke to him who said he would speak to the cleaner and then we was COMPLETELY ignored after that. Will be taking further.
