Bowkett Cottage was immaculate with plenty of room for our family. Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had lovely weather and enjoyed all the beautiful places and views the Forest of Dean has to offer, it is a beautiful area. We enjoyed this very spacious cottage very much and the stained glass features in some rooms were beautiful. We enjoyed the lovely patio and lawn and dined alfresco most evenings. The kitchen is of a good size, room for a large table and six chairs. The bathroom was very spacious with a lovely shower and a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bowkett Cottage and would recommend it to anyone for an excellent family holiday.

There was nothing not to like about Bowkett Cottage.

"A little gem of a cottage"

We loved our stay at Bowkett Cottage. Location was perfect to visit the Forest of Dean & surrounding areas. The cottage was lovely & just about contained everything you could wish for - very well equipped! The furnishings & decor were lovely & practical too. Perfect size garden for our dog to explore. We have never stayed in such a peaceful place before, just perfect for us.

We didn't like Cinderford, it was tired & run down! That didn't matter because the cottage was a little gem & perfect for our base.

Location was Quiet and a great base to explore attractions in the area or just to enjoy a relaxing day at the cottage , It was great to park the car on the driveway with a secure gate, property was very clean and contained everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Nothing - this was our second stay.
