"Exceptional"

Modern, great parking facilities, excellent location.

Felt there should have been a manual with instructions on how to use TV/sky as this was difficult to switch on. Had to keep switching TV off at mains to get remote to work which we found out after contacting owner.

"A real home from home, would definitely return."

Great house for a get together with family or friends, ideally located as only a short walk into town. Cinema room was a great way to a watch film, hosts had added a Christmas tree & garland which was a lovely festive touch. Lots of space, gas fire set into wall also a great feature, made for a cosy seating area after hitting the town.

Very beautiful and clean with luxurious amenities. Plenty of mirrors everywhere. Exactly as on pictures.

Deposit was taken twice from my account to the point where I had to freeze my card as I wasn’t sure if this will happen 3rd time.

The house itself was lovely and spacious. The beds were very comfy. Location was perfect as literally 2 minutes walk into the city centre

The kitchen is not very well equipped if you want to do any cooking. We only found 1 baking tray. We couldn't work the microwave in the kitchen. It could do with a print out of info for the house.

We had high expectations of the townhouse pre stay and they were all met. Was the ideal space for a group of friends to have our annual trip. Had everything we needed and the place has been made to look and feel so chic.

"Lovely family getaway"

Stunning house, lots of space and big bedrooms The cinema room was a lovely treat, spent every evening in there Great kitchen area for everyone to be in Very modern Stunning modern kitchen and bathrooms Only 10 minutes from Chester zoo Shops within walking distance Private parking for one car

Downstairs toilet not usable- light not working and toilet not able to flush even a couple sheets of loo roll
