The house is in a superb location for walking into the centre. The house itself was large with three good sized double rooms, a large kitchen and plenty of seating. The outside area is a nice addition and felt private even though it is in a built up area. There are a couple of large TV's with the ability to access any of the streaming services you are with as well as sky tv as standard. The Make up room was a nice addition, especially with there being a few ladies in the group. We also really like the cinema room. In short we liked everything about the house and location. The owners of the property are very responsive and you can tell they want people staying at their property to have a lovely experience. I would definitely stay here again if in Chester.

Whilst we liked everything, the only thing I would highlight for people to keep in mind is that the some of the stairs are quite steep and have short spiral type sections. If you have mobility issues it could be a bit hard to access upstairs or the basement. We managed fine but could see that someone with limited mobility may struggle.

Nothing if was perfect

Great house, really nicely decorated and so close to everything. Was a nice walk along the canal to loads of bars and restaurants. Secure car parking and cinema room were fantastic bonuses. Owner was really helpful and responsive.

Check out time on the Sunday at 10am is too early with teenagers!! As house sleeps 6 it was a shame there were only 4 seats in the cinema room - we were 5 though so I just sat on a bean bag we found and it was fine - not sure what 6 people would do?

We had a great break in a wonderful house in a Superb location. It was so near to the centre of Chester and yet in a quiet area. Cinema room was a special addition and the outside seating area, secure car parking just made this property stand out to the others. Chris was so helpful and went above and beyond any owner we have ever experienced so WELL DONE Chris and we will be back

The location of the house was perfect. Really enjoyed it. The house was clean and organised. All instructions were easy to follow and just all very easy. The host is great and very attentive and the house was comfortable.

Not much to not like at all, it could do with clothes drying facilities but that's it.

Very clean and high standard of accommodation. Everything in the town house you would need for an holiday. Short walk to city centre. Excellent communication from Chris & Sian. Would certainly stay again if we were back in Chester.
