Luxury Georgian Townhouse with Cinema and parking

Roomy, with good facilities and ideally located for a short walk into the city. Beds were very comfy. We loved the cinema room too.

The property is very spacious and excellently presented. The location is fantastic and the parking is a great bonus. The contact from the property was prompt and had all the relevant information, including a very useful guide to starting the fire. Would definitely recommend

Nothing major but I'd suggest the cleaning could do with being a little more through. Quite a few dusty Skirting boards which is unfortunately highlighted by the natural light

Beautiful house and a great location.

The house is beautiful, easy access to town. We had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Love all the mod cons in the bathrooms. Parking for 1 car in the garage, we parked the other car just a 5 min walk in a car park at the end of the road which was reasonably priced.

The basement cinema was brilliant but it does smell damp as others have mentioned.

Great location - 5 minute walk to shops including Tesco and Waitrose. Very close to town centre and restaurants. But this house is so lovely you won't want to leave it. Really good communication with the property owner/manager in relation to our arrival, instructions to get keys, use of the property etc.

The kitchen was amazing. The cinema room is a great extra. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely property. Spacious. Great for a family of 6

No dishcloth or washing up liquid. No welcome tray, would have been a nice touch.
