Charming Cottage & Garden - central Brighton!

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Brighton train station. The property is situated on a lane, no traffic and very little footfall so very quiet despite being in the North Laines. There are some small shops close at hand for provisions, larger shops a bit further away but still within easy walking distance. The house is neat and tidy with plenty of living space and a well equipped kitchen. The host Carey was helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had.

The decor was stylish and quirky. The location was perfect: literally a 5 minute walk from the car park ( and also to the station) very quiet, yet in the heart of the lanes. The beds were so comfortable and we both had better sleep than usual. Apparently endless hot water for baths and showers. Coming back from a fairly chilly beach walk to a very warm cottage was a treat. The garden was pretty and an unexpected bonus considering the location. And there were lots of little extras from the toiletries to the chocolates!

The bathroom door didn't lock. Honestly that is the only criticism I can think of!

Carey was an exceptional Host ,everything you could possibly need was available to add to your comfort. .The coffee machine and stocked cookie jar was a welcome surprise. The Decor was very pretty and the location fantastic. The private garden an extra bonus in a nice quiet area.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Brighton, 5 minute walk from the station. We loved everything about it and made use of the garden for breakfast and the odd lunch, will be back.

Fantastic location. We took advantage of all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and lots of retail therapy too!

central location. 5 minute walk from railway station and close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. had a lovely garden which was a bonus as we were there during very hot weather. Even though in central location it was very quiet( other than the seagulls) Carey was great at communication and cottage was just as described

Fabulous location with lots of bars & restaurants on the doorstep & a 2 minute walk from the train station. The cottage is homely & we loved the decor. We would have loved to have stayed longer & read some of the great selection of books. The private garden was amazing, the sun was shining during our stay which gave us the opportunity to utilise it. We would definitely recommend to friends & family & hopefully return one day.
