Charming Cottage & Garden - central Brighton!

The cottage was spotless and had an excellent location.

Great location and lots of extras

The parking was more expensive than advertised

From start to finish the procedures for booking the cottage were straightforward. Carey, the host, ensures all questions are answered promptly and the information about the cottage is thorough and accurate. The welcome booklets contain all you need to know about the cottage and the area once you have arrived. The cottage is in an ideal location just steps from the train station and nearest car park and is convenient for walking to the beach, cafes, shops, bars and restaurants or other places to visit. It is located on a quiet residential terrace, with a idyllic little garden opposite. The cottage has everything you would need for a short or longer stay; the kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom has a bath and a shower and the lounge area is cosy. The photos of the cottage are accurate. The cottage was spotless, but had the little extra touches which makes it exceptional; chocolates, biscuits, coffee and tea provided, as well as condiments. The bathroom toiletries were just lovely.

Be aware, the stairs are quite narrow and steep. Not a problem for most people, but may not be accessible for some.

The cottage has everything you need for a lovely break in Brighton. Its warm and cozy and very good location

There wasn't anything I didn't like about it

Coffee and biscuits for breakfast included, dishwasher and washing machine with soaps included. I loved the garden in the accommodation, it felt like we were not in the centre of Brighton.

One hears a lot of seagulls early in the morning from the bedroom and for those who are not heavy sleepers this could be a problem.

I can honestly say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The size, location, cleanliness - literally everything about the cottage was perfect. And Carey could not have been more helpful, from the moment I booked to the moment I checked out. She was always available to answer questions and give helpful information. I cannot recommend this property and Carey as a host enough ☺️

The place was fantastic. Hard to find at.first. but worth finding for sure. Lovely little lane. I have 65 inch TV at home lol. Wish tv was biigger.. I'm.spoilt .lol.. I loved everything about the cottage. And the host Carey is fantastic..

Few minutes walk from railway station. Secluded property with private garden. Close to shops and restaurants. Twenty minute walk to seafront.
