Excellent location!

Absolutely brilliant location, so close to Brighton station BUT extremely quiet, best of both worlds. Spacious property, big comfy double beds, efficient central heating (easily controlled by Hive), very helpful host. Excellent selection of books, good wifi. We travelled from the Peak District and would love to stay here again in the future.

This is a lovely property in the heart of Brighton. Within 2 minutes you’re either at the train station or the lanes. The bed was very comfortable and facilities, shower etc great. Had a really lovely relaxing stay

The tv could be bigger

Location was excellent to explore the Laines in Brighton, yet very quiet. Beautiful presentation and very cosy. Such a comfortable bed. Very clean .

Amazing location and so quite and peaceful central to everything, owner lovely and helpful and we had a brilliant stay would recommend as the positives fully out weigh the very small negatives and it is only mainly feedback, This was a lovely stay! If your looking for central and quiet this is it

Pillows very soft and flat definitely need replacing Blinds broken Damp smell but that went with the humidifier on and back door open Patio area at back small but could be improved to be a nicer space

Very quaint and comfortable place to stay, central to so many amenities, restaurants, and pubs.
