Bedroom with the ensuite bathroom was a bit small. A bit far to walk to the city for those who don’t like walking.

Very close to town, ideal for stags. Access was easy

The property was a little tired, but that’s to be expected if it hosts stags a lot. So not a negative really

Superb location. 5 min walk to the city. Ideal house for groups. Comfortable beds. Pool table was a winner. Great kitchen and outdoor space. Has everything you need for a good time away with friends.

Some things were a bit dated or not working - but the management team were helpful and supportive with comms. It’s an older house so nothing fancy but it’s perfect if you’re visiting Cardiff or going to see a show at principality stadium.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing thoughtful touches like local recommendations and a guidebook that made navigating the area a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring, with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush linens to the fully stocked kitchen. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable stay!

My girlfriend and I booked this house for 3 nights for The Eras Tour in Cardiff. I’ll start with the reason for my 1 star review - the WiFi was not working when we arrived, we notified the host who was out of Cardiff at the time and said they would resolve it on day 2. Upon a query from us the host also advised they charge for parking on the street, via a permit, at £15 a night but would cover that for us for the duration of our stay by way of apology. That was kind, but we had only enquired about the local, unrestricted, parking advertised on the post. Day 2 came and by 7pm the issue was not resolved and we again messaged the host, the host arrived at 8pm apparently after a 5 hour drive from where they had been away. The knock at the door upon their arrival was aggressive, within 10 seconds of getting up to answer the door we could hear the host inputting the code to the door to let herself in. Thankfully I got to the door at this point and proceeded to let her in, I advised she should not input the code to enter the property when paying tenants are staying there, who deserve privacy and security - I understand they own the property but the host really was just going to walk on in during a guests stay. The host provided a “3” 4g router to resolve the issue but advised we should be hot-spotting using our mobile data as it’s “only £5 a day” and I responded by saying the property is advertised with “free wifi”. I asked if we could discuss a refund in lieu of the best part of 2 nights without wifi, the host began quoting local hotel prices, given The Eras Tour, saying she “let us have the property when she could have charged far more”. The “3” 4g router hasn’t resolved the issue either, as the download speed is 0.65 mbps and and you need at least 6 mbps to stream content.
