"Great location and good for groups. However, not very well kept and check if the hot tub if clean as we found the filter"

Location was great, and had everything you would need for a large group

I didn’t like the unexpected ask for deposit. Also it wasn’t very clear or tidy when we arrived. The hot tub was particularly disgusting surely hadn’t been properly washed for some time we had to wash it ourselves

Excellent location. Good clear communication from host prior to arrival. Well provisioned kitchen

Furnishings are getting slightly tired. The patio doors aren’t the most secure but they have got an additional lock to try and account for this.

location and no of beds to choose from good value and loved the hot tub

tv’s in most of bedrooms didn’t work and blinds in front room broken so couldn’t sleep there as let light in

"Exceptional"

Plenty of space for 13 of us and great location. Rooms were clean and ready for us with towels as well. Owner was really flexible with check in time, which was very handy for us.

No citisism, it's great value.

"On the whole we were happy with our stay however the property in places could do with some TLC"

Great location for visiting Cardiff and plenty of space within the property. Host was very helpful and responded to any messages swiftly.

Areas of the house were rough round the edges. Back doors to outside didn’t close properly and had child locks across the handles. Washing machines were full of wet towels from previous occupants and there were tumble dryers dotted around the place. Sleep arrangements were cramped but served a purpose. Pool table was unplayable and didn’t even attempt the hot tub. Asked to check out early as another group were coming in that day and the parking is a nightmare, ended up paying to park else where.

Not as depicted in the details, gives you the impression this is a grand house with Hot Tub overlooking parkland etc.. it’s NOT! no toilet rolls, very expensive even if it was an international weekend, not sure how you would sleep another 5 people - We were 9!

"Excellent stay"

10 of us travelled for a six nations, location is 5 mins walk to the stadium, 5 mins walk to city centre and it was ideal
