The flat was very clean,everything you could need and in a perfect location to enjoy barmouth

Nothing to dislike.however because of the steps to the flat NOT suitable for people with disabilities.otherwise it's brilliant.my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Second time I’ve stayed here, love the place it’s perfect for my needs

The view was lovely.

The cottage was in a great central location, with fabulous sea views. No 2 Penbryn was well equipped & and had a lovely, comfy cottage feel to it. Bathroom was massive & the bath was great. Warm, comfy, cosy property ideal for a couple, we loved it! Good communication from the hosts, including lots of information to ensure we were able to maximise our stay. We were already aware of the steps up to the cottage, so no problem there 🙂 we were also very grateful for the parking pass for the main car park in town.

I travel to Barmouth once a month and have always stayed in guest houses until this visit, the ability to actually buy and cook real food was fantastic, having the whole apartment to myself was amazing and made this journey much more enjoyable than previous ones, especially sinking into a bubble bath after 10 hour's of travelling on trains! the property is well appointed with everything I needed for the weekend, the welcome note and box of chocolates from the host were a lovely touch along with the pint of milk waiting in the fridge. Very happy that I've managed to secure this property again for my visit in November 😁

Only thing that might be an issue for some people (but wasn't for me) is the lack of street lighting on the steps/walk up to the property, its not in the hosts control but for those who might be arriving later or been out for the evening it's something to be prepared for
