Penbryn Holidays No 2

It was a great location and perfect for a two night break for a couple. It was great to have a fully functional kitchen and the lounge area was cosy and comfortable. Easy to collect the key and the free parking in the main car park with the pass was so useful as we left the car there all weekend and walked every where. Communication by the hosts was friendly and they gave really useful advice on the area

What a fantastic and quaint little cottage situated in the old quarter of Barmouth. The cottage is very clean and cosy. Many thanks to the hosts for providing in depth knowledge and information prior to arrival. Furthermore, many thanks also for the welcoming gifts. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and I'm sure that I'll return in the future.

Lovely little cottage with everything you could need for a few days escape to the coast. We'd visited with our dog for a couple of days hiking around the coastal paths. Lovely to return to a comfy bed and all the home comforts after a long walk. Fantastic plus for us was the gorgeous views of the sea from the kitchen window and front of the property. Perfect for taking in the views with a brew in the morning. The location was perfect, a few flights of steps down from the property and you're on the main high street of Barmouth. Lots of eateries and shops to explore with friendly locals. We ate out both nights we were there but the cottage had everything you could need if you were wanting to stay and eat in (oven/ hob/ microwave etc). The hosts also very kindly stocked the fridge with milk and a surprise sweet treat (which went down a treat our first night :) We'll definitely be booking again. A truly lovely break.

It’s small but cosy and just right for a couple (and their dog). The bathroom was lovely and the views were amazing

The bedroom heater didn’t come on so was cold until the whole property heated up

Very cosy little place, was nice and tucked away. Everything you would need is there. Bed was super comfy so much so we didn't want to leave it. Bath is nice and big and shower gets nice and hot. Very clean on arrival and was perfect for what we needed it for overall would definitely go back.

Nothing really if I was being picky I'd say a few things needing updated but nothing major

The place was fantastic.....view very nice ....everything was there that we needed. Lovely and warm very comfortable and a nice treat awaiting us when we arrived 😀. We would recommend this place to any fit people who want a clean warm peaceful relaxing break.

We knew about the steps....we planned for the steps .....but the steps killed us 🤣. Especially as I left the parking permit in the car so did the steps twice in 5 minutes 😅

Most wonderful host, incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely. Very thoughtful touches left in the property and really welcoming comfy, cosy with great views.
