"Quirky cottage offering a tranquil and comfy stay"

This quirky cottage with its steep stairs was the perfect getaway. We booked it near a wedding we were attending and it exceeded our expectations. The games room and hot tub were perfect and the property was clean and comfy. The quirky stairs added to the experience, making us giggle on the way up and a bit scared on the way down. They’re almost vertical but don’t detract from the accommodation. The other bedroom across the drive is a lovely addition though it lacks a toilet. This doesn’t detract from the peace and tranquillity the cottage offers.

There was nothing to dislike.

We loved the hot tub and beautiful area, clean environment and quaint cottage

It wasn't pool table we see on site as not full size that why packed cue's and could have done with more up keep of outside area and hot tub needs cushions to sit on as not so comfortable

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped. Quirky stairs not for the faint hearted or those with mobility issues. Games room and hot tub good fun 😁

Slightly chilly in games room as no heating still had fun none the less. Shame pub in village closed 😑

The property was lovely and cosy, had everything we needed for a relaxing time away

There was nothing we didn’t like. It was a shame you couldn’t use the fire in the games room but it didn’t affect our stay.
