Fantastic property, well located from amenities and the town centre. Felt very comfortable during the stay - so much so that we extended by an extra day!

The patio was a bit of a let down, it was just overgrown and needed some TLC. More nespresso coffee pods and some kitchen roll would’ve been a helpful addition to the property. My elderly mother stayed and she would’ve also liked some grab rails in the middle bathroom as she felt it was quite dangerous to get in and out of for older people

Excellent location. Parking permit was handy. Although the weather was typical (rainy), the house was cosy

Beds a little too soft. Coffee machine was broken. Freezer couldn't be used.

"Absolute gem"

What a gem of a place, absolutely amazing cottage in a perfect location. Cottage has been modernised but kept character and has 2 huge bedrooms and 2 excellent bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The location couldn't be better as everything in walking distance. The parking permit was great for nearby Car Park and a bonus for us as there are 2 electric car charging points too! Easy loading and unloading access at the top of the lane. Lots of lovely pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops all on your doorstep, not to mention the picturesque River Dart. We will definitely be back :)

"Comfortable and convenient in the town centre"

Great location and directions were good. All the rooms were well furnished and clean.

There were no instructions for the hob - which had been locked; and there were no clear instructions for the television(s) so there was no way of turning on one of the bedroom TVs. Also the cutlery and crockery provision was piecemeal. We're assuming that the scaffolding on the adjacent buildings had been up for a while, so to have been advised of that prior to arrival would have been thoughtful.

"A relaxing break in a superb townhouse in a beautiful and welcoming town."

lovely townhouse in the centre of town and close to all amenities. comfortable, cosy and with everything you could need for a long weekend away.

The only thing lacking was a garden but that wasn’t a problem.
