Location was brilliant to be close to our family and beach.The house was nice and spacious.The garden was nice and private,with 2 lots of furniture in it but we couldn't find the cushions for the metal furniture..We would definitely return again here.

The upstairs bathroom our family had to kneel to have a shower as very low ceilings,no big issue they managed.

This was our second visit to the house. Both times, we have found it comfortable and welcoming. Having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great for my parents, who came with us this time. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to stating there again.

"A spacious well equipped house"

The owners emails were very friendly and welcoming. A very spacious house and well equipped plus enclosed garden for the dog Appropriately a mile from the cottage were numerous lovely walks and it was only 5 mins drive from a beautiful beach. Ideal for a family

Some areas need attention. The pillows on the bed on the ground floor were very flat and the mattress a bit soft on the metal frame. The numerous cushions in the TV room were old with little filling.

"A lovely house with lots of living space in a quiet and beautful location"

Spacious Lots of places to sit Lots of extras such as dishwasher tablets, loo rolls, tea, coffee etc Owner very good with communications Location so central for lots of fabulous places

The beds are all a bit 'springy' Lots of people have said this in reviews. We had long days and were tired so all slept ok but not the comfiest beds

Location suitable for our needs. Owner very communicable and responsive to initial issues encountered on arrival. Fresh kitchen. Spacious. Lovely quiet spot .

Tired appearance (carpets/walls) Various lights not working. Cramped ensuite bathroom. Uncomfy bed in downstairs bedroom. Could do with a spruce up .

"Could be much better if the beds were replaced."

Nice peaceful, residential location, great for exploring north Devon. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Good communication with the host.

The beds were uncomfortable.
