Excellent position to Howarth only a 10 minute walk. Quiet location

Great location - just a short walk to the main street. Very handy to access the property via the lockbox - no faffing about meeting hosts. Lovely and cosy. The beds were very comfy and clean. Nice views over a neighbour's cottage garden. Quiet area - you can hear the birds singing! This cottage has everything you need for a short stay - I would definitely book it again!

The parking instructions could be clearer. There were a few cleaning issues - nothing terrible but skirtings, extractor fans etc. were very dusty and the shower head needs a good scrub! Wall paint/wallpaper flaking - just needs a little refresh. You will know this before you book but there's no outdoor space and the stairs are super steep

Very dirty, floors, threadbare carpeting throughout, dreadful paintwork with holes in walls, awful smell, possibly damp? Stairs were steep with NO HANDRAIL!!!! Illegal possibly? I had to come down stairs backwards as it was the only way I felt safe! Everywhere just made you feel dirty. The lounge/stairs and bathroom are very dark and dingy. Sofa cushions still in same position last guests had left then in, needed plumping up! Owners do make you aware of car parking but not until 2 days before you arrive and there is no mention of the hostility of the neighbours if you park incorrectly. Glassware was filthy and cups were dirty. Plenty of cobwebs, holes in walls. The bathroom was nothing short of disgusting. No welcome pack. Salt was empty and wash up liquid hardly existed. Hoovering could not have taken place as there was gravel on lounge floor, not just the one I photographed!

Love everything about it, the cottage has everything we've needed & suited us perfectly for our 4 day holiday to haworth, we will return. The beds & pillows are the comfiest ever

The location was near to town but quiet on a lovely little street. The property was clean. The heating was efficient.

The facilities were a bit old and 'tired' though perfectly clean and adequate. Some instructions would have been helpful. eg the device linking the TV to the antenna was hidden in a drawer. (Why not say where it is and how to operate it?) There were wires to router etc loose and dangling (Why not just tack them down?). The password to the router was on the back but in teeny tiny writing (Why not print it out?) There was spare kitchen roll in the back of a cupboard which we only discovered on our last day (Why not say where things are on a printed sheet?)

The cottage was comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The location was excellent with a short walk to the main street. Communication with the owner was very good.

The cottage is comfortable and warm but was a little tired and could do with some TLC. Stairs were very steep with no handrail.

Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Quick lockbox entry. Extra linen. Walking distance to Bronte parsonage. Number of seats. Hot water. New Oven. Washer. Clothes hanging space.

Too many electrical extensions and trailing wires. Tired decor with peeling wallpaper and damp patches. No handrail on steep stairs ( building regulations) cobwebs on ceilings. Damp cellar not maintained. Peeling paint work. Grime on skirting boards and doors. Stains on curtains and table. Not our usual place to stay in Haworth and doesn't reflect standards we receive at other accommodations in the village. We won't return to this house

Cute, cosy and well located

Steep, narrow staircase with no hand rails, bad water stains on living room ceiling which we realised were probably from the bath right upstairs which leaks when you use it, also there was a cockroach in the kitchen, many floorboards unstable and shift when you walk on them.

Basic utensils in kitchen nothing other than pans to cook in Bathroom lighting
