Barnfield - Beautiful Barn, River views, Close to Quay

It's location was perfect, good parking and quiet and peaceful place. Accommodation was very good and as expected. Large grassed area with fantastic views .

Not really a problem but, Would have been better with railings to prevent dog getting on to carpark, which was just before the grassed area which was where dog wanted to go!

Light and open, well appointed, fantastic location. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was looking a little unloved on the outside, just wanted some tlc, we had an issue with noisy bathroom fans, once notified they did try to resolve. We were a group of 4 adults, the second bedroom needed to be rearranged so draws and cupboards could be opened, it was a bit snug.

Location, clean, comfortable, nice kitchen with a washing machine, great parking, beautiful views. Very good value for money. Allows dogs.

Just a couple of niggles. Tv remote does not work, sink in master bedroom ensuit slow drain. Took me a while on how to switch on the over bath shower.

Difficult for us to explore the village and walk to river due to husbands knee problems

How clean the property was. The quietness off the area.The view.

The hills definitely not suitable if you have mobility issues this is both the property and location.

Very comfortable, and well equipped. Dog friendly with walks on doorstep. Beautiful views of the River Dart from balcony. Local pub was also Post Office and shop, very convenient.. Service exceptional when we had small problem with shower. Would highly recommend.

Location was ideal. The living space was great for four adults with plenty of room to cook, eat and lounge.

One small requirement, an ice cube tray for the freezer so we could of had our G&Ts!!
