"Really nice apartment"

Light bright and spacious accommodation. A great location for the ferry, and views. Our dog was very happy with the field and we would return.

Would just mention the ensuite extractor fan. It is on day and night with light switched on or off, unless you remove the fuse as previous guests also had. Could be changed to switch rather than a fuse to turn it on and off.

I am so pleased I chose Barnfield Cottage. It feels well thought out and homely; I really enjoyed the space; the accommodation felt clean and comfortable; and I personally loved the layout; it was lovely and bright, a good use of space and lighting. Thank you for the fresh milk; this was appreciated. A spotless kitchen with plenty of everything you need. The parking in front was perfect for unloading. The grounds are well maintained, and the area is so so peaceful. The views are breath-taking, with lovely sunsets perfect view for sitting outside with a glass of wine. Dittisham is so peaceful and beautiful I didn't want to leave. There are lovely pubs and walks nearby. A great base and a short drive to Dartmouth, Totnes, Blackpool sands and Salcombe breathtaking scenery, beautiful villages. Sainsburys is only a short drive away for a big shop. Fab communication from the lovely host. All in all, a gem find and a perfect stay. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Pretty much everything you need is provided. Excellent wifi and Internet. Nice location.

Cold when we arrived - probably an oversight. Heating not on a timer and kept reverting to 10 degrees. Easy enough to change manually. Some coffee pods to fit the machine would be nice.
