The location was good.

I think they need to really consider putting in a proper shower in the school house cottage as difficult to shower in the bath with the hand held shower.

Not much really. The location was good

Overall the property was in a terrible state. The house was cold and the heater in the bathroom did not work so showering was not pleasant. Bathroom itself looked dirty. No hot water even if you switched the immersion heater on for the allotted 30 mins (or more). Kitchen was poorly kitted out, no potato peeler or grater, for example and there were on only 4 mugs and glasses for a house for 5 people! There was black mould on the ceiling in a number of rooms. Everything was a bit mean - no dishwasher tabs to keep us going, no wood for the stove, beyond a couple of small pieces.

The property overall was comfortable.

The bathroom was in need of a renovation and the kitchen needed some TLC. The ceiling in our bedroom was showing what looked like mould and sagging near the window. The exterior of the property especially the back was uninviting, it needed a clean up.

Enjoyed the conservatory, full of light and views of the garden, Loch and mountains.
