Location was exquisite, hosts were lovely, access to the property was easy, price point is so affordable.

I wasnt a big fan of the mattress on the bed - but I am a heavy guy and do struggle with most mattresses. The room was very small BUT I expected this, and you should too! Great value for money in an otherwise expensive area to stay. Well worth a visit to Ipstones with a lovely village shop and locals so friendly. Cant fault it beyond that!

Beautiful little hut in the middle of the countryside. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

Despite the small size, the cottage was well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable! I was visiting friends and therefore didn't need to cook or wash up during my stay. The sink being outside was quirky and probably not much fun in the rain! The small stove and air fryer would have been adequate for me had I needed to use it.

Lovely little place to stay, perfect for the base we needed to go for adventures.

I think some of the locals aren't LGBTQ+ friendly. Just want to point out this was not the situation of the place we stayed, but as we ventured into the village

Nos encantó absolutamente todo, especialmente el entorno y lo tranquilo que era. La gente de la zona fue muy amable y acogedora en todo momento. La habitación era muy cómoda y acogedora, y algo que agradecimos muchísimo es que, pese al calor que hacía fuera, dentro se estaba súper fresco y se descansaba genial.

Sinceramente, no encontramos nada negativo durante nuestra estancia.

Absolutely loved it had so many facilities to use and the bed was so comfy. Staff was very friendly and horses were so cute and friendly would highly recommend and defo staying again
