Excellent location - right in the middle of town. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. The host is really helpful. Will definitely book here again.

Excellent location, great host, very comfortable bed and cosy living area. Lots of attention to detail and little extras provided like salt and vinegar for our fish and chips, a complimentary bottle of wine and board games for a relaxed night in. Loved Wells-next-the-sea in general and will definitely be back!

Location, parking, really comfy bed, everything you needed in a small space

The sink position and the fridge was a little dirty but nothing major.

Perfect location, well-equipped, very clean. Biscuits and milk came in handy for a much needed cuppa after a stormy walk!

The location was excellent, right in the centre of town. It was good to have 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The landlord was very friendly, but we needed much more information from him on arrival, rather than having to ask for it.

The door was open on arrival, but we were not told initially the door keys were hanging on a hook at the bottom of the stairs. We were not told initially how to use the TV, which was quite complicated. We were not told initially the downstairs electric shower required an on-switch to be used in the hallway. The sink in the kitchen is in an awkward position.
