This property was in a fantastic location, with street parking right outside. It was fully equipped and comfortable, my children loved the biscuits and I loved the bottle of wine that was left at the property.

Perfectly located, everything you could need was provided for. The host met us on arrival and we were able to park right outside the cottage. Our second visit. We will be back.

"Perfect and a proper home from home weekend break away"

The location was perfect in walking distance to all restaurants and the shops. The house was cosy and welcoming. The host was lovely.

Nothing could of been made better as I couldn't find a fault with the location or home

"Welcoming cosy cottage"

This cottage far exceeded our expectations. It has a welcoming atmosphere. The owner saved a parking space right outside but there is a large public car park opposite. Plenty of space for us and the dog. The stairs up to living area are steep and tight. The dog found coming down frightening, she isn't used to stairs. Someone with mobility problems would struggle. Bed in upstairs bedroom very comfortable. Cottage in an ideal location. Just yards from the quay, beach is a mile away, but anyone who knows Wells will know that, its an easy stroll down to one of the best beaches in England. There is beach parking if needed. We will certainly visit again.

"Excellent location , owner saved a parking space right out side so no need to use car parks"

Very central perfect for beach and town

Stair case was windy and small , issue for small children and elderly but we managed, small price to pay as it is a cottage and old property so as long as you know not a major issue

"Very good value and ideal for short stay. Close to nice restaurants and pubs, seafront etc."

Very good location. Parking outside the property. Very clean interior. Very helpful owner who lives nearby.

Very tight entrance/hallway and tight staircase to first floor level. TV didn't work in upstairs bedroom. Need to use bottled water for drinking.

"Good for crabbing !"

Small and quirky but with everything we needed and warm in the bitterly cold weather outside. Best was its only steps away from the quay and some excellent crabbing. 😊

Steep stairs and bottled water - although there was plenty supplied.
