Seaview Cottage 24 Freeman Street

Everything was fantastic lovely place to stay Excellent location for exploring Wells-next-the-Sea Bob the owner is extremely friendly and kept us a place to park right outside the property We would definitely recommend the property has everything you need for a stay away a home away from home. We would definitely be staying here again.

Cannot fault this property. Ticks every box with five stars, will be staying there again if we travel to the same area.

Very well prepared for our stay.. Everything we could want in the kitchenette. Owners very helpful in providing an initial parking space. Very comfortable and warm, with heating where needed.

Not exactly a sea view! Streetside location but flat well soundproofed. The internal staircase was difficult to negotiate with luggage etc and could be difficult for the less mobile.

Quirky location very near the quay and all the facilities. Parking space outside the property reserved by the owner which was a nice touch. Comfy bed. Very quiet.

Steep narrow stairs to first floor but we knew that when we booked so it didn't worry us. Nothing the owner can do about that as its is the design.

Everywhere appeared super clean and it was great to have the two bathrooms. Everything you need and a great host who even reserved us a parking space on the street. Recommend to anyone looking for a small cottage for the family to stay in at Wells.

The stairs are steep, but then the listing does state this, a little tricky to get luggage upstairs. The kitchen has most things for a small stay, but its not somewhere you would want to attempt to cook a big evening meal.

Comfortable, well equipped, clean and quirky. Helpful owner.
