Plenty of room, clean, well equipped, two bathrooms, nice quirky layout, close proximity to town, welcome bottle of wine and tea/coffee/milk etc, friendly host

Maybe a few more kitchen implements (scissors and tongs!) but only very minor, nothing not to like really!

"Fabulous spot in centre of Wells"

Fabulous cottage in great location a few steps from centre of Wells. It was spotlessly clean with milk, biscuits, condiments, shower gels all provided. Added bonus was the owner had put cones on road in front of cottage to allow us to park. Great stay for 2 nights and would definitely book again.

This house was perfect for a minibreak on the Norfolk coast and very easy to walk or drive along the river to the stunning beach. It had everything we needed as we could make our own meals but we were also in easy walking distance from the pubs and restaurants! It was nice of the owner to leave us milk, bottled water and a bottle of wine!

As other reviews have mentioned - the owner kindly kept us a parking space outside the house for when we arrived. But after that we had to use the car park opposite - £11 for 24 hours (that was the cheaper car park) - worth factoring that into your holiday costs!
