"A very enjoyable mini break!"

This cosy cottage was so central in Wells with easy access to the Harbour, pubs, restaurants, cafes and the beach. It worked perfectly for us. Parking was available - on request- right in front of the property.

Just be aware: There is no outside area. This didn’t bother us for this stay though.

"Brilliant location for a small house in a town that has every amenity."

The location was brilliant - a few yards from the quay and near to coffee bars, shops and restaurants. Small house but well kitted out and location made up for everything.

Not able to open window in downstairs bedroom.

"Cosy cottage in a great location."

Seaview cottage is ideally located, just a few yards from the quayside, places to eat and also the coast path. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you need for a few days self-catering. Bob was friendly and welcoming and had kindly left us a bottle and milk which were much appreciated. We had some lovely walks up to the beach and along to Holkham, saw seals and generally enjoyed a pleasant couple of days there.

"Excellent cottage, perfect location."

The cottage was very well equipped. Comfortable and great location.

Stairs very steep, so people with mobility issues would struggle. However this is the way the older cottages were built.

"Wells-Next-The-Sea is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here."

Great location. Good value. Two bathrooms. Friendly host. Plenty of towels.

Unfortunately the whole kitchen needed a deep clean. No plugs by the double bed. Dirty kitchen knives. Unpleasant dishwasher. (We opted to wash up by hand)

"Good"

The location is fabulous. A very short walk to the Quay and close to the coastal bus stop. Beds were very comfortable.

It would have been good to have a socket to recharge phone and bedside light in the down stairs bedroom.

"Superb"

Clean and comfy in a great position with everything just a few steps away. Bob (owner) was there on arrival and was most relaxed and helpful. Would recommend this cottage highly. Chris and Jude 🙂
