Seaview Cottage 24 Freeman Street

Great location, Appartment was compact, but had everything we needed. Great for 2 couples as 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We had our dog, so would have been good to have a tiny bit of outside space for him, but we had the whole of Wells, plus beach etc so all fine. There were free parking spaces outside the apartment, but they were pretty busy. Two car parks immediately opposite. One of which is not 24 hours, but the other you can pay for a few days or a week and come and go.

Very cozy and clean. Bob was a perfect host, left us some chocolates and wine to enjoy. Would definitely re visit.

There are towels and bedding supplied, but not mentioned in the listing - we bought spares just in case - but everything was ready and included for our stay.

Great location, warm and comfortable upstairs.

Decor and furniture tired and in need of updating.

We phoned Bob on the day and he told us the door would be open, which it was. Bob also saved a parking space for us which was a great bonus at such a busy time. We met him later when he made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very well equipped and even had milk, water and wine provided.

Although it didn't bother us, the stairs are very steep and would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Love the location, great for a few nights stay. Facilities as expected - well resourced. We took our two small dogs and we could have done with an outside area, but apart from that it was just what we needed.

Would have loved an outside area. We were fine with the stairs, however they are very steep so consider this if you are not used to stairs.
