"Comfy, cozy and clean"

Location is fantastic if vising Alton towers. Also near the main supermarkets. Easy instructions for parking and gaining access to the property. Plenty of TV channels for the evening. Easy to store and make food. Great pitstop if you have a long drive back home and don't fancy it after a long day of doing roller coasters. Very clean and well presented!!

We love the layout of the property—it’s very spacious, particularly the open-plan kitchen. The upstairs hallway is wide enough for two people to pass each other comfortably, and the property includes all the basic necessities we need.

Aside from bleach, there were no cleaning sprays or sponge cloths provided to wipe down the counters or kitchen table. The ironing board was a tabletop version; we would have preferred a medium or full-size folding ironing board.

Clean place

Poor amount of cutlery, glasses, plates etc. booked for 7 people only bedding provided for 6 adults. Nothing sorted upon conversation with host. complete waste of time messaging them. Offered 5% reduction on next stay. Disgusting amount of compensation to be honest. Multiple messages to get bedding but got blamed on “cleaners”/ booking.com.. Absolutely Ridiculous. Fridge half worked if you want your stuff mildly cooled down.

The property is very spacious, liked the fact that the master bedroom was ensuite. The location of the property was also excellent. 33 minutes to Alton Towers, 6 minutes to Lidle, about 9 minutes to Tesco, Iceland, shopping center, 7 minutes to ninja warriors, Waterworld leisure resort ect. Customer service was excellent, very professional and fast with solutions, directions, advice, feedback, etc. (My communication with customer service was mostly via booking.com chat and they responded quickly.

The Internet kept on going on and off. No fans - therefore making it difficult to sleep when the rooms get hot. Property was not clean on arrival but this got resolved very quickly and professionally.
