Amaya Three - Newly Renovated - Sleeps 6 - Grantham - Garden & Driveway - Free Gym Access

Location was in a quiet suburban area very close to the centre of Grantham. Was ideal for us. Easy to find, easy to get in. Property very fresh and clean with all the facilities we needed.

The place was place was clean and bright. Everything felt very homey and it was in a nice quiet area.

We had dogs with us and the back garden wasn't massively secure, there is a big gap under the back gate. This was an easy fix though and we blocked it up for the trip

Amaya Three was clean when we arrived with a nice booklet giving us good contact information as well as activities to do which I thought was sweet. The shower is nice and warm and the bathroom is very modern and the windows open so you can get a lot of fresh air in the house. It is well presented and has lots of sunshine in the garden as well as a good amount of space to be able to cook. Easily accessible bins to throw away rubbish as well as a good tv with access to movies which really did make my stay. There is commodities for everything for a short stay. 10/10

Issue with the key lock timer not working at the end of our stay, said 11am but the code had already expired, may be due to daylight savings and time changes. The living room sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on but overall a lovely stay. Thanks Lloyd :)

Clean house. Perfectly good place for the 4 of us to stay. Nice and close to the centre of Grantham. Great communication from host

House is on a perfectly nice estate but the immediate street is a bit run down. Kitchen knives couldn't cut through warm butter

the house was very clean and warm when we arrived. Nice touches like a blanket throw for the sofa and plenty of pillows on the beds and nice bedding.

Needed a bottle opener, kitchen scissors and a smaller tray for the oven. In our opinion , it hasn't been 'recently' refurbished as the ceiling in the bathroom had damage and other wear an tear around the property ,although may have been refurbished a year or so ago now. This should be adjusted in the advert.

Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds and had everything needed for an overnight stop.

The sofa bed was terrible. Not sure if we pulled it out right but we couldn't seem to get it suitable to sleep on and did not get any rest as a result. The beds upstairs looked extremely comfortable and our children slept well in those. It was just the sofa bed that was a problem. The property is more suitable for a family of four, then everyone can have a proper bed and the table only has space for four. We were only on a one night stop over so wasn't too bad. Also, couldn't get any live TV and no internet without paying. However found something to watch in ITV X so was ok.

It's very clean and tidy in a quiet location. Beds were comfy. It was exactly what we needed for a quick stay to see friends.

While the kitchen had the essential cooking pots and pans, there was nothing else so you have to buy everything (except salt and pepper).
