Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Kitchen fully equipped. Good shower.

Location, a little off the beaten track but within 5mins of amenities.

It felt very homely.

All exactly as described was perfect for what we needed …. Value for money … lovely and warm especially as we arrived late

Location approx 10 minutes' drive from Grantham centre. Immaculately clean throughout! Comfortable living room seating and beds. Quite well equipped kitchen, but we would have appreciated simple instructions for the hob and oven. Found instruction booklets in the cupboard-but couldn't always work it out, because not used to electric.

We had a code for the key safe, but needed to phone for assistance before it would open. the code alone didn't seem to work. On leaving we had to put the keys through the letterbox in order to leave for a train, after many attempts to open the key safe.

Very clean and comfortable and quiet outside.

Plenty of room. Very clean. Lots of utilities. Hosts we're very helpful nothing was too much trouble and checking that everything was ok., dealing with any requests immediately. One large TV in the living room with Netflix and another medium one in the bedroom. A decent patio through the patio doors incorporated a fairly large good quality wooden bench table.

Slippy rug in front of the bed settee. Not much water pressure in the shower (maybe that can't be rectified?) however there is a bath. Could do with more hangers in both bedrooms and a hook on the the back of the bathroom door for dressing gowns ect. (have a feeling this will be rectified).

The house was exactly as described and just what we needed. Quiet and comfortable. Parking was excellent.
