Beautiful 3 Bedroom Cottage - Picturesque Retreat

Excellent location, lovely sized property and the gardens were wonderful

It could do with a deep clean and the bath being fixed and maybe a shower over the bath. We managed for the 5 of us but it would have been easier with an additional shower.

WiFi difficult connection,only one shower

I had to make a few phonecalls to get the proper pin number for collecting the key, for making wi fi working, bathtub was not in use so we had just one bathroom usable, last 24 hours heating was not working, so it was freezing and without hot water. And for the end, some guy started to wash windows at 7:30 am, while we were not decent yet.We were supposed to leave the house by 10am

The property was lovely, tastefully decorated, larger than we expected and just as the photographs showed. A perfect place to stay when visiting Hoar Criss Hall spa.

Outside lights on all night. Only 1 shower, awkward with 6 adults. Hugo not working. Timer switches on downstairs w/c

The advertisement stated that the property included WIFI which is crucial during our business trips. We had no WIFI for the first 2 nights, this was reported to the host. For the 3rd nigh we were told that the mini-hub had been turned on and we would have WIFI - this was not the case. Tried complaining but the host was rude and abrupt.
