Beautiful 3 Bedroom Cottage - Picturesque Retreat

Stunning secluded cottage close to fields, walks, canal, lakes, wildlife and much much more. Towns, amenities close by..so close to so many things.

The odd pot hole on way in, on track road, but still well maintained.

Beautiful country retreat - rural and quiet but close to Lichfield and only an hour or less away from many many amazing tourist attractions like Chatsworth or black country living museum. It was a great base for us to do a few trips.

Wifi speeds are low - but that’s living in a rural area. Streaming on tv did work.

A parasol for the outside table would have been good as it was very hot and line for drying clothes. Host did let me use hers

Needs some TLC & a thorough clean! Very dusty & cobwebs everywhere. Had to keep resetting the boiler when it locked out.

It’s character, location, the outside space. It was perfect for our family.

The location was ideal for visiting the National Memorial Arboretum. The property was set in beautiful ground's/garden. It was very spacious and well equipped. It was also very peaceful.

No instruction's on operating any utilities. Central heating was very difficult to control, and only worked properly upstairs. Not enough towel's were provided for length of stay. The kitchen area was surface clean only, and some area's in house were very tired. Carpets in particular need attention too. Broken roman blind's in lounge. Layer's of dust on beams in bedroom's.
