A great find .... close to everything , well equipped and very comfortable.

The property was on 3 levels.... bedrooms at the top , lounge and bathroom at street level and kitchen in the basement... a lot of steps for elderly visitors and a bit of a hike if you wanted a drink and were in bed. Also, the property was at the top of a hill , something we didn't realise until we arrived, this was a bit of a negative for my husband and sister who both suffer knee problems. Parking a bit hit and miss .... not many spaces . We arrived Friday night and had to park quite a way down the road.... but very early the next morning, we were lucky to notice someone going home after their holiday so we quickly moved our car and stayed there for the rest of our visit.

Everything was perfect. Great facilities, high spec bathroom and very comfy beds. Nice welcome pack and brilliant communication from Richard. Overall, definitely exceeded expectations.

A little bit of a lottery for parking spaces.

I had a wonderful stay at Frasers of Whitby! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully kept—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with lovely touches that made it feel special. The location is perfect, quiet but just a short walk from the heart of Whitby. I genuinely felt looked after and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! Great communication with Richard.

The up hill walk back to house was to steep for a disabled person so we had to drive into town not knowing if we could park up again when we got back . Struggled with stairs in house for disabled person.Could do with a couple of fans in house as was very hot even with windows open.
