Frasers of Whitby

Everything, was there last year Albany Cottage, a few doors down from Frasers. Frasers cottage was immaculate, home from home. Location Spot on. Just strange that there's 2 number 3s on the same street. Will definitely be back next year. .

Not one thing. Everything was perfect. Richard should be well proud of his cottages.

Lovely clean, well appointed accommodation with good facilities and parking. Highly recommended.

House was beautiful, very clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. Great location & even had a parking space for the weekend. Couldn't fault anything at all

location to town centre is good, however there are some steep stairs that need to be negotiated for the fastest route, the other option is to take the longer road route into town. Very close to shops and bars, harbour etc. The house is very modern, well equipped and secure. The stairs are a little steep, no problem as long as you're fit and able. Bedrooms are on the top floor, middle floor is sitting room and bathroom and entry door, lower ground floor is the kitchen.

Parking is free, but its very difficult to get a space. the street in front of the house is generally very full of cars. spaces are more readily available in the day time when other people have gone to work, but there are no spaces available after 5pm. The property accepts dogs, but there is no space available for them to go out, the rear yard is extremely small.

The property was in a great location and was very clean.

Although the bond was paid back to me before we had even got home, I didn’t see anywhere when booking that you had to pay a £150 refundable bond in case of any accidents etc. As this was actually debited from our account prior to arriving I think this should be shown prior to booking.
