We liked everything. The cottage is very roomy and well equipped. Bed comfortable. Garden secure. Outlook over the farmers fields. Excellent location. 5 mins drive to Cromer. Fellbrigg is a quiet small village.

Wow! What a find! Possibly in my top 10 ever staycations. This little barn/cottage has it all. Secluded but close to everywhere, spotlessly clean and uncluttered but homely and not clinical.Felt completely at home. Help was there if you needed it but left alone. Home-made cake and fresh milk on arrival. Large secure front courtyard, great for my little dog and beautiful views and dog walks on your doorstep. We really looked forward to coming home after our days out. Would most certainly recommend. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

I struggled to find any negatives. This place is practically perfect! If I was to be super picky: There is some rust on the freezer and also on the pipe in the shower room. Somewhere to put a hand towel by the sink in the wetroom would be good. There were some issues with the TV, but I am a technophobe, and it wasn't a problem, and again, help was there if I wanted it. Personally, I would have a tranquil picture of Cromer Beach on the bedroom wall rather than the names of London districts. Otherwise, 10/10.

Ideal for a holiday with dogs. The outside gate can be shut, creating a sizeable outdoor space for the dogs to enjoy. Comfortable throughout. Ideally placed for walks in the woods and countryside (including walking to Felbrigg Manor for coffee and cake!). Roomy and has all you could wish for.

"Lovely place good instruction to find it"

It looks out over fields and trees. Nice footpath heads to Cromer. Gravel patio area to park car. Plenty of comfortable seating. Nice cake left for us and a very helpful owner. Liked the recommendation for the Gunton Arms. Lovely walk to Felbrigg Hall.
