Fantastic location, view of the sea from the double bedroom was great.

Location was fabulous. Views epic. Lovely town and area.

The lounge could have slightly better furniture for the evenings you can’t look at the views in the dark in the winter. Admittedly prob not an issue in summer and the outside area looked very well equipped for that. Not sure the cleaners had looked that hard in the bathrooms either.

We felt misled by your promotional material. On a page, which included the apartment’s address at the top, it said ‘entire unit accessible by wheelchair. Entire unit on the ground floor’ Clearly, the apartment is on an upper floor and not accessible by wheelchair. Although I’m disabled, I’m not wheelchair bound. Nonetheless, the steps to the apartment were a real challenge, especially after the walk from the car park. Loading and unloading the car was horrible! The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. No rail in bathroom, on the wall, to help folk in and out of shower.

Views are amazing. Everything you need is already there including a fresh pint of milk. Wifi has a good reception. Informed of everyting we needed to know either by email in advance or communicated by phone.

Although the little gifts are a pleasant surprise (Bottle of Cava, pint of Milk, box of chocolate biscuits), the biscuits were only just out of date

The location and views from the accommodation were excellent.

In comparison to other Booking.com self-catering accommodation - this property could have been better prepared to receive its paying guests. Balcony furniture and gas BBQ were still under wraps. It was clear by the spider webb's that covered the BBQ cover - it had not been checked prior to new guests arriving. There was broken wood behind the cushion box, only one of the balcony lights worked. There was an issue with the TV and WiFi which I had to deal with and when I moved the unit away from the wall, there were clumps of dust balls everywhere. Basically - the property could have been more prepared to receive guests. I would also strongly suggest that the properties in this complex could be identified more clearly - a simple sign would make all the difference.

Felt it could have had a better clean before we arrived. Dust and coin under sofa, hairs in bathroom, piece of cucumber , old, on kitchen floor.
