Avocet 2 Luxury Apartment with Pool and Parking

Great views and position only 15 mins walk from brixham and brixham seems to be on the up

Weird t v set up and bit dusty here and there but it is very early and season so we could be the first in the door Pool is only heated between May and sept which I understand but wasn’t apparent to us could have been in small print Would be good to try again in summer

Superb apartment, in a stunning location. Very well equipped, comfortable and extremely quiet. Perfect location for exploring the area. Waking up to an amazing view over Torbay was very special. Easy walk into Brixham and quality pub close by. Easy, secure, allocated parking on site. Courtesy call from the company was appreciated.

Very minor gripe. Map and signage of property wasn't as easy as it could have been to find the right apartment within the complex. Especially when trying to find it with a paper map in the pouring rain.

Lovely family stay, amazing views and surroundings

Place was showing some signs of wear and tear, scuffs, and some damages around the place, nothing too much of an issue, but just left us a bit anxious that we could be blamed for the damages as they're not flagged prior to arrival. Also a light bulb was missing in the bedroom lamp. Some of the cutlery wasn't clean either, so more attention there could be better.

Lovely view of the cove from the balcony, nice BBQ too. Good little kitchen, easy to check in and had our own parking space.

Fridge smelt of expired milk, cobwebs everywhere. Lots of crumbs in the sofa, beds quite small and uncomfortable, especially the single beds
