Castle Street Cottage

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It was very quaint and in the centre of the town with an array of restaurants and pubs at your doorstep. We also really enjoyed a visit to the castle which was a 2 minute walk from the cottage.

Very quite location, the cottage had everything for comfortable stay - kitchen appliences, iron, and ironing board, blankets for cozy evening by tv, Netflix, wi-fi, hair dryer, complimentary milk, tea and coffee, electric towel dryer in bathroom. Lovely front garden, it was too chilly outside to enjoy, but it is very beautiful and I am sure nice to enjoy on warm evenings. Overall very cozy set up cottage, instantly felt like home.

only downside downstairs floor not very clean, perhaps, due to fact that it is vintage floor boards and it is not very easy to scrub them squeaky clean. Possibly, would not even notice as always wearing slippers indoors, but one evening I've wiped the floor with paper tissue as accidentally splashed some rain water from umbrella. Just something to bear in mind if someone not wearing slippers and planning to walk in white socks :)

Fabulous hidden gem - close to all facilities of Ruthin! Alan was super helpful & friendly.
