Great communication from the host. Very secure. Very well appointed had everything you may need to make the stay enjoyable. Really was excellent

Alan (host) went the extra mile! Appreciated the fire on arrival and thoughtfulness. Very cute characterful cottage with good standard of facilities. Would be very happy to stay here again.

If it had been any colder, more heating in the bathroom would have been needed.

Lovely cottage, had everything we needed

Heating controls would be nice, it took long time to heat the cottage up but then a night it became too hot.

Well placed - within a minutes walk of local shops, restaurants and pub. Great location for wedding guests of the castle. Cosy, comfortable and warm living space. The host has thought of every little detail.

The rustic, stylish private courtyard. The evident, ancient architecture that has been preserved in the renovation combined with a very well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. It’s spacious. The wood heater. The host was very helpful and offered to meet us to make sure we found the location easily.

The master bed mattress had little between us and the springs. When we reported this to the host, he said he will upgrade it for future guests.

Charming period cottage with lots of old beams. The cottage courtyard was a bonus and being off the street was quiet. We enjoyed meeting the host who gave details of the area.

The configuration of the bathroom doesn't make best use of the space and entry to the shower is too small for many people.
