Delightful Bird Sisters Cottage with Free Parking

The location was perfect & the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It was an added bonus to have parking and a courtyard to relax in. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Loved the mix of furniture and accessories and the court yard is perfect on a sunny day. The Location is fab and renny the owner was reachable before durning and after our stay - great communication.

Very cozy and location was great, everything in easy walking distance, the station; town center; sea. Commnication with hosts was top notch. We had a wonderful Christmas, able to cook a full Christmas dinner and appreciated that decorations were in the house, which made us feel very welcome and at home.

The location is ideal for visiting Brighton, close to the station and all the independent shops, easy walk to the beach too. The free parking is fine for two medium sized cars and a real bonus. The cottage feels like the cottage it was but has been updated to make it a perfect place to stay. The kitchen is really well equipped, matching sets of everything you need. Spare sets of keys too which makes a great difference as we only used the key lock box on arrival and when leaving. We used the first floor bedroom and bathroom, and separately my brother used the sofa bed in the sitting room with the ground floor bathroom. That suited us better than the bedroom on the mezzanine floor but we could easily have accommodated another one or two.

The cottage was ideally sited within minutes of Brighton station & town centre

The stairs were very steep which might be difficult for some, but the cottage was very pretty & clean with lots of little extras

Location outstanding! Excellent parking!So quiet considering in the middle of town centre. Beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we could need for our stay. The hosts were amazing and attentive with a personal touch. Would definitely stay again.

Washing machine leaked at times. Needs a few more hangers for clothing.

Die Lage zwischen Strand und Bahnhof ist spitze. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ist es dank der kleinen Seitenstraße sehr ruhig. Renny ist ein toller und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The cottage was cosy, well equipped, ideally located with the bonus of private parking. It was very quiet with a neighbourly atmosphere and only a 10 min walk into town, the Lanes or the seafront. Brilliant location for lots of different places.
