There was no breakfast

1. No clear instructions re use of TV. No free to view channels like bbc 1,2..itv 1 2. Bathroom was small, no bath mat. No hand rail. Not suitable for older people. No supply of toilet paper 3. No instructions re Internet connections however contacted the help number and it was sorted. 4. Having to walk through one bedroom to get to second...awkward...as I was not travelling with family. 5. Key lock was hard to reach, especially as I am now a tall person. 6. No manual re local amenities..

Excellent central location, fairly well kitted out apartment.

Kitchen lacks utensils and working pans. Have to walk through one bedroom to get into another, not great if sharing as couples. Kettle, fans and floors dirty. Bathroom extractor not working. No parking.

V comfortable with a quiet and convenient location. It was quite warm so we appreciated having a fan, which one of us needed for sleep. Grateful for the coffee pods and milk capsules!

We were warned that a previous guest had damaged a curtain/rod. We can understand how that happened as heavy drapes do not move easily along rod. Back bedroom has a shade that does nothing to keep light out! More room darkening window shades would be appreciated. We also didn’t like that we had to pay an hourly rate for any extended time, we have never experienced this before. Same with an additional fee to confirm my identity!! My credit card wasn’t sufficient?! Communication was challenging, we got email with specifics re: check in (location of lock box) and internet password after we’d arrived and struggled. Our extra hours of early check in were stressfully spent with multiple back and forth texts, a phone call would’ve been easier but the listed numbers came back as not in service!!!

Mooie rustige locatie in een veilige buurt. Centraal gelegen ten opzichte van de bezienswaardigheden, horeca en openbaarvervoer. Goed uitgeruste keuken, waar koffie, thee etc. aanwezig was.

Sleutel locker werkte stroef. Medewerker was telefonisch slecht verstaanbaar. Roede van de gordijnen van de grote slaapkamer hangt los aan een zijde, waardoor de gordijnen niet geheel sluiten. Rolgordijn op de kleine slaapkamer laat veel licht door.

This is superbly located between the Royal Crescent and The Circle and easy walking distance to the Roman Baths, Cathedral and mall. Very spacious inside. Everything you could need as a tourist.

Only disappointment as International travellers was an inability to get on the Internet provided. A map of Bath would therefore be handy. As well as suggestion that the best and nearest overnight parking is Charlotte Street Carpark.

Great location. Spacious and clean apartment. Easy access to all sights. Good variety of coffee, tea and sugar available. Has all equipment and utensils needed in the kitchen. The tv has access to all streaming apps. Good internet service. The shower pressure was acceptable.

The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. The heating was very temperamental and difficult to manage, and it didn’t work in the living room.

The location of the property was perfect with walking distance to town . Comfortable space and nice beds to relax .

Property need a upgrade with windows and doors . The utensils in the kitchen was very poor quality and some of them could not be used as burnt. Wish parking was included in the booking .

A great location, with 2 x comfy double beds. The property was well heated with a nice window view to the street. Extra quilts were also available.

The lighting was poor, spacificilly in the bedrooms, 2 x light bulbs were out. It would have been helpful to have a full length mirror, only mirror was in the bathroom and was not full length, a circular mirror on the wall in the lounge was positioned too high to look into. A small basket of bathroom products would have been a nice touch, shampoo and soap etc Check in time was 4pm and check out was 10pm - Would have preferred 3pm - 11pm
