Quirky Highland Cottage with Stunning Views

It was nice to live in a Scottish cottage

Bathroom was downstairs, but you can’t change that in an old house

It’s the coziest cottage I’ve ever rented. It really felt like in a movie. So idyllic and also very clean. It has everything you need plus more. Loved the view and attention to detail in the interior. The host is also very helpful and so nice.

Nothing, everything was better than expected.

The cottage location is very beautiful, a dreamy landscape and a lot of peace. The traditional house, small and warm but with many things crammed into it that reduced the functional space.

Location with many things that reduced the space, cleanliness (spider webs, brown shower water and sink), very uncomfortable fixed shower, imposed restrictions. It is not a house for 4 adults but for 2 adults and 2 children at most. I recommend leaving only useful things to gain space, specifying that access to the yard is limited because another family lives in the same building, installing a portable shower, and installing a water filter.
