Great location for bike park Wales and the Taff Trail

This property is in need of some maintenance. Double bed is in very poor shape and needs to be levelled. I appreciate it’s an old property and the floors are uneven but I spent every night trying not to roll out of bed. The mattress is worn out. Spent a night in the single bed and that’s not much better either. We had to grease both the front/back doors as the keys wouldn’t work properly and the shower leaks intermittently. We were staying for bike park Wales and bike rides through the Brecon’s so a good nights sleep was definitely required, sadly the bed failed.

The cottage was super cosy and fantastically decorated inside with an amazing view from the back doorstep. The bed was very comfy.

Having to walk past the neighbours bins and rubbish on the pathway at the back of the cottages to get to the key box. The garden was overgrown and the garden furniture was minimal. The outside shed could do with a paint job. The shower doors are hanging on and the smoke alarm is very sensitive to steam from the shower room which set it off.

Great little cottage, comfy and ideal for our stay, visiting Bike Park Wales and Dfyi Park.

Parking was almost impossible if after 5pm.

Good location and facilities

Just needed a couple of extra little touches like more mirrors and lamps!
